At Pacyfire Engineering, we specialise in protecting service penetrations and construction joints wherever they breach a fire-rated wall, floor or slab edge. From cable trays, chilled-water and sprinkler pipes to ducts, bus ducts and data cabling, our team surveys each opening, evaluates movement and congestion, and then selects the correct tested system using sealants, mortars, wraps, collars, pillows or boards.

We work closely with architects, consultants, MEP contractors and façade specialists to integrate firestopping into the build sequence, avoiding rework and hidden non-compliances. All installations are carried out by trained applicators following OEM instructions and relevant UL / EN / BS / IS test data. Every penetration is cleaned, prepared, sealed and neatly finished so that it is both compliant and inspection-ready.

Our firestopping specialists also address linear joints and perimeter fire barriers – including head-of-wall joints, slab-to-wall junctions, expansion joints and curtain wall slab edges. These locations are often subject to movement, vibration and differential deflection; we use tested, flexible systems that maintain the required fire rating while allowing the structure to move.
