At Pacyfire Engineering, PACYCRETE is our specialised cementitious fireproofing system developed for heavy-duty industrial and infrastructure projects. It is designed to protect structural steel, process piping, pipe racks, cable trays and tunnels so that critical assets remain stable, compliant and operational even under severe fire conditions.

PACYCRETE is a spray-applied, fibre-free formulation that bonds strongly to primed steel and concrete and delivers reliable fire-resistance ratings while keeping dead-load within acceptable limits. Available in three engineered density grades – PACYCRETE 800, 640 and 350 – the system allows us to match the right performance level to each project’s risk profile, design temperature and budget.

From concept to commissioning, our engineers work with consultants and contractors to calculate required thicknesses, prepare detailed application drawings, and supervise on-site installation so that every PACYCRETE system is applied as per specification and test data. Whether your project is a refinery, petrochemical plant, LNG terminal, metro tunnel, power station or commercial high-rise, PACYCRETE provides long-term passive fire protection backed by technical support, inspection and maintenance guidance from the Pacyfire team.
